I write some blogs for mushroom revival so I figured it's only fair to test the product and see what I think of them. This will be a completely unbiased review. I wanted to sample lion's mane for its presumed ability to boost cognitive function and improve clarity and focus; I've been having significant trouble focusing and tend to feel fatigued during the working days. On the bottle it says to use 2 full droppers, however my dropper doesn't fill up all the way. The first few days I took two half-droppers, a.k.a one full dropper, and I didn't notice anything. I decided to turn it up a notch and go with the 2 full droppers. On the first day of 2 full droppers I noticed improved clarity & I was able to think with more ease. The next day I used it and I felt a great ability to focus and was surprised at my ability to recall names. I'm working with some papers right now, and noticed an increase in my ability to recall authors' names. Of course, this is anecdotal and I haven't been using it for that long, but I would encourage you to try it and see if it works for you. I am really happy that they only use the fruit body and I feel confident knowing that this product has all the good stuff and none of the byproduct. My one gripe is that the taste is not as good as I expected. As a lover of cinnamon and herbal tastes, I found it to be a little more pungent. This isn't a problem though since I just knock it back with some juice (and taste isn't why I bought it in the first place).

So far so good I can see improvement in my focusing

... I use 2 squeezes of the dropper bulb in the AM and in the PM. My sister, who recommended it to me and has been using it longer, “thinks” it has helped her... So, I will stick with it for a longer period of time and hope it does help me.
