This one is simple yet comforting, perfect for mornings when you need something tasty to lure you out from under the covers. Since our tincture contains cinnamon, we think our Lion’s Mane is good for this recipe!
This oatmeal features banana and hazelnuts, but get creative. Use whatever fruit and nut combo you like. If you don’t like following recipes, simply stir a serving of our Lion’s Mane tincture into your favorite oatmeal before you eat.
Takes about 15 minutes to prep.
|1 small banana, chopped||Pinch of salt|
|½ cup oats||1/2 cup non-dairy milk (we like oat milk)|
|1 tablespoon ground flax seed||1/2 cup water|
|2 tablespoons hemp hearts||1 serving Mushroom Revival Lion’s Mane tincture|
|1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey||1 ounce toasted hazelnuts or cashews|
To a medium saucepan, add the banana, oats, flax, hemp, sweetener, salt, milk and water. Stir to combine, then cook over medium-low heat until the oats are creamy. Remove from heat and stir in the Lion’s Mane tincture.
Transfer to a bowl, then garnish with the nuts. Serve immediately.
