Spring is traditionally thought of as the season of renewal and often paired with the element of wood, having to do with the liver. In this season, we rejoice the longer days, the time of vision and growth after a period of deep introspection in winter. We gather hope and envision renewal as new life pushes through the earth. Springtime is often associated with themes of potential and new growth. It is a time when the seeds of change that we planted and put intention towards in the winter begin to germinate, as the ground begins to unfreeze.
But for some of us, spring may bring a certain fear with it. Will we be able to enjoy the outdoors? Or will we be stuck inside feeling sniffly and drowsy?*Â Try using organic Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) to support a healthy response for occasional seasonal discomfort.*
Organic Reishi Mushroom
Reishi is a supportive mushroom that has been found to promote healthy immune system function by supporting homeostasis.* Reishi is typically known for its bitter taste caused by the terpenoid constituents. Scientific studies have shown Reishi’s triterpenes have been shown to support healthy oxygen flow, which is key to supporting the occasional seasonal transition response.*
